This guide was conceived by Ruhama Foundation and its partners to provide support to NGOs willing to carry out advocacy campaigns in order to improve local, regional and national politics regulating social services providing towards beneficiaries. The guide presents from both theoretical and practical perspective how to carry out a successful advocacy campaign by establishing a coalition of nongovernmental organisations active at local level.
