According to Romanian legislation, the personnel involved in providing the services enumerated below has the legal obligation of periodical training (once in 3 years) in order to assimilate fundamental concepts of hygiene: 1. production, depositing, food transportation and sales, public food providing; 2. cleaning in medical care units, children and youth colectivities, tourist units (hotels, motels, pensions, inns); 3. production and distribution of drinking water and production of bottled water; 4. body care (cosmetics, hairdressers, barbers, manicure, chiropody, massage etc.); 5. disinfection, disinsection, deratization.
