Mountain trip with the seniors of the city, organized by Ruhama Foundation Print E-mail

trip elderly oradea ruhama foundation 2009Ruhama Foundation organized a trip in Alesd - Suncuius - Balnaca area, in the period 11-12 June 2009, with the purpose of developing dialogue in cultural diversity, involving and socializing the city’s seniors. The trip was attended by 24 people: elderly together with members of the Ruhama Foundation’s team.

During the trip the following objectives were reached:

  • visit at the Orthodox Church from Vadu Crisului, a church from the cultural monuments list;
  • visit at the Unguru Mare Cave from Suncuius;
  • visit at the Valea Bratcutei, in Bratca village;
  • organizing a cultural evening with the elderly.

The event was part of the activities carried out under the project “Cultural diversity and dialogue”, financed by the Oradea City Hall through the Law 350 regarding grant awarding for associations and foundations.
